Moved by the desire to help people, New Jersey student loan lawyer Jennifer Weil started her solo law practice in 2008. Primarily a consumer bankruptcy practitioner at first, Jennifer realized that many clients who were asking her for help had student loans that could not be discharged in bankruptcy. These people needed more help than the bankruptcy court system could provide, so Jennifer decided to learn more. She enrolled in, and graduated from, Josh Cohen’s Student Loan Workshop, learning all about resolving student loan problems. Since then, she has been helping clients who have problems with student loans, especially NJCLASS loans.
In addition to her work helping people with their student loans, Jennifer also helps clients pursue debt collectors who have violated the legal rights of consumers.
